Jaya Soral Energy Limited is a public limited company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, manufacturing solar photovoltaic modules and delivering solar projects end to end.
Our story
Built to make solar dependable, not just affordable
India adds more solar capacity every year than most countries have installed in total. The hard part is no longer putting panels on a roof — it is making sure those panels still perform in year fifteen.
Jaya Soral Energy Limited was incorporated on 14 July 2026 at the Central Registration Centre, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, to manufacture solar photovoltaic modules and the balance-of-system that surrounds them, and to deliver those systems as a single accountable contractor.
We are based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh — close to the industrial corridors of central India and within a day's reach of most of the country's high-irradiance districts. Our object clause is deliberately broad: manufacturing, EPC, and long-term operations and maintenance, because a solar asset needs all three to earn what it promised.

Quality assurance
Every module is measured before it leaves
A solar module is a twenty-five year promise sealed behind glass. Once it is laminated, a defect cannot be repaired — it can only be replaced. So we test before, during and after every critical step.
- Incoming inspection of cells, glass, encapsulant, backsheet, frames and junction boxes against agreed specifications.
- In-process electroluminescence imaging to detect micro-cracks, broken fingers and cell mismatch while they can still be corrected.
- Flash testing at standard test conditions, with each module binned by measured power and its report retained.
- Safety verification through insulation resistance, wet leakage and high-potential testing at system voltage.
- Traceability from finished module serial number back to the cell and encapsulant batch it was built from.
