Incorporated on 14 July 2026 under the Companies Act, 2013, Jaya Soral Energy Limited is a public limited company head-quartered in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. We manufacture solar photovoltaic modules and the complete balance-of-system that surrounds them.

From cell to certified module
Our manufacturing scope covers tabbing and stringing, lay-up, lamination, framing, junction-box fitting, curing and final electrical characterisation — each stage with its own acceptance criteria.
- Solar simulator flash test on every module, with the flash report retained against its serial number.
- Electroluminescence imaging before and after lamination to catch micro-cracks and cell mismatch.
- Peel and gel-content testing on encapsulant batches, so lamination quality is measured and not assumed.
- Hi-pot and insulation resistance checks to confirm electrical safety at system voltage.
